When it was time to begin construction of my very unique A frame in Tahoe City, California, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Brett Spadi. As a long distance owner from the East Coast, I needed to feel comfortable with my team, have excellent access to them whether through the phone or meetings when I arrived in Tahoe City and to feel secure enough that my team could meet the expectations and demands of this unique architectural adventure. Brett was my dream team. He was responsive, easy to work with and flexible enough to accommodate the challenges demanded by the environment in the true spirit of “form follows function.” Both my 32 year old son and I were thoroughly happy with the extraordinarily beautiful finished project and its multi-generational appeal.  Even after completion of the project, Brett was available for questions, suggestions and advice when and where needed.
